Bono Legal successfully represented AVTEK Group, one of Ukraine’s largest suppliers of heavy machinery and commercial vehicles, in the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine, securing merger clearance in the course of the privatization of Quant Plant JSC, a former defence industry enterprise.
