Anna is a highly skilled competition lawyer with deep expertise in Ukrainian antitrust and merger control regulations. She has participated in precedent regulatory investigations into digital platform markets and has successfully guided clients through complex market inquiries initiated by the competition authority.

With extensive experience advising both local and international clients, Anna has handled Phase II merger control cases and high-profile privatization processes of Ukraine’s largest players in titanium feedstock and concrete production.

Beyond transactional and regulatory work, Anna advises businesses on competition risk mitigation and antitrust compliance strategies. Her ability to anticipate regulatory trends and provide proactive solutions ensures that clients are well-prepared for evolving competition law challenges.
